Internship – System & IT Administration

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You develop and enhance our IT and system administration infrastructure together with our experienced admin team 
• You accompany the technical steps of the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all our team members 
• You take care of our WordPress-based online magazines 
• You are the first point of contact for our colleagues if technical problems occur 
• You manage our database with an opportunity to learn and utilize Stata and SQL for data optimization
• You support our admin team with our procurement management and inventory management to ensure our resource efficiency

Your profile

• You are highly motivated and eager to learn and enhance a new product every day
• You possess a solid general technical understanding
• You have experience working with Apple Mac computers
• You are familiar with using iCloud and Google Drive
• You have basic HTML knowledge and understand network fundamentals
• You have good English & German skills, which will be beneficial
• You enjoy collaborating with a young and international team
• The duration of the internship is at least 3 months, more is possible (e.g. 4, 5 or 6 months)
