Your tasks and responsibilities

• Operations Management: You will lead the operational team for the Italian market, managing the areas of Customer Success (B2C), Key Account Management (B2B) and Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for recruiting, building and structuring the team to ensure strong operational performance and future growth
• Customer Success Management: Together with your team, you ensure a smooth customer communication via email, telephone and Whatsapp and handle a customer-friendly booking process
• Key Account Management: You grow our product portfolio by building and managing strong partnerships with our B2B partners. You acquire new camp organizers and build relationships with local travel associations
• Digital Marketing Management: Using modern tracking tools, you will continuously monitor the implementation of our marketing strategy and the visibility of our platform
• Content Management: You create and maintain camp content on your platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, illustrations)

Your profile

• You like working with a young and ambitious team
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• Italian is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English 
• Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) is a plus
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp – as a child or as a counselor
