Internship – Portuguese Customer Experience and Content Management (Berlin-based)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Communication Management: You provide exceptional customer service (in Portuguese) by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly, while working well-structured and goal-oriented (via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp)
• Booking Management: You manage bookings efficiently and proactively, ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly and flawlessly
• SEO Management: You collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement an effective SEO strategy (Language PT-PT)
• Content Management: You create and manage Portuguese content for our website together with our content team (Language PT-PT)

Your profile

• You like working with a young and ambitious team
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details and a perfect grammar
• Fluency in Portuguese and very good command of English is a must
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian) is a plus
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
• The internship duration is minimum 3 months
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp – as a child or as a camp counselor
